Organisation of corporate actions and legal and organisational support for issuers.

Corporate services support issuers in managing relations with their shareholders and in holding corporate actions in line with the legislation.

Scope of the service

  • Preparing general meetings: compiling the list of shareholders, sending notices, registration;
  • Organising voting and documenting the results;
  • Reflecting corporate actions (issue, split, merger, change of nominal value) in the depository system;
  • Delivering information to shareholders;
  • Preparing reports on corporate actions.

The specific scope of services is set out in the agreement concluded with the issuer.
