    Establishment of the National Depository Center

    With the entry into force of the Law of the Re­pub­lic of Azer­ba­i­jan “On the Se­cu­ri­ties Market” by Decree of Pre­si­dent Ilham Aliyev dated 14 July 2015, the NDC was dec­la­red the Cent­ral De­po­si­tory — the cent­ral ins­ti­tu­tion of the de­po­si­tory system. Its legal form was chan­ged to a non-com­mer­cial legal entity. Con­nec­tion to the SWIFT net­work
