Graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations.

Began his professional career in the financial sector, serving as a Specialist in the Operations and Control Department at "PASHA Bank" OJSC.

Obtained his Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Held progressively senior positions at Ernst & Young Azerbaijan, including specialist, senior specialist, team leader, manager, and senior manager

Served as the Director of the Financial Management Department at "PASHA Bank" OJSC.

Appointed Director of the Internal Audit Department at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau.

Served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center.

Elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the "Compulsory Insurance Bureau" Union of Legal Entities.

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elchin Alizada was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the National Depository Center Married with 2 children.

Born in Baku, Azerbaijan. Graduated from City, University of London (formerly, CASS Business School) in the United Kingdom with an honors degree in "Banking and International Finance". Currently holds a candidate status for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) international professional qualification.

Began her professional career in the financial and audit sector, serving as an Audit Specialist at the international consulting company "Deloitte & Touche".

Held various positions at the international consulting company "Deloitte & Touche".

Continued her career at the international consulting company "Ernst & Young", serving as a Senior Specialist and later advancing to Audit Manager. Accumulated more than 7 years of professional experience in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial data and processes in the banking and financial sectors.

By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Rana İsgandarova was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the National Depository Center. Married with 2 children.

Born in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Studied at City University London (United Kingdom), earning a bachelor's degree in Finance under the "Investment and Financial Risk Management" program.

Obtained a master's degree in "Project Management, Finance and Risk" from City University London.

Pursued doctoral studies at University College London, earning a PhD degree.

Interned as a Financial Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, United Kingdom.

Began his professional career as a Market Risk Analyst at SOCAR Trading.

Worked at the London Metal Exchange, gaining experience in international financial and commodity markets.

Served as Leading Specialist in the Capital Market Policy and Regulation Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Served as Head of the Supervision Methodology Division within the Capital Market Policy and Regulation Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC), Naghi Naghiyev was appointed Member of the Executive Board of the National Depository Center Married with three children.

Born in Sumqayit.

Graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in "Economics of Production Spheres".

Earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh Business School.

Worked at "Deloitte" as a Specialist, Senior Specialist, and Team Lead.

Served as Head of the Information Provision and Analysis Division at the Garadagh District Executive Power.

Served as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC).

Earned a Certificate in Capital Markets from The George Washington University under a program organized by the World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC), and completed an internship at "CAIS".

Appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board at the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Married with 1 child.
