Reception procedure

The National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC) receives citizens in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Citizens’ Appeals”, the “Rules for record-keeping of citizens’ appeals in state and municipal bodies, in legal entities owned by the state or municipality or in which the controlling stake belongs to the state or municipality, and in budget organisations” approved by Decree No. 950 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 23 June 2016, and the Procedure “On the organisation of the reception of citizens at the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan”. Citizens may sign up for a reception by visiting the NDC administrative building, by calling the “966-0” hotline, or by applying online through the relevant section of the NDC’s official website. When a citizen signs up, their surname, name and patronymic, the substance of the appeal and whether they have applied on this matter before are recorded. A citizen may apply in person or through a representative acting under a power of attorney.
